It doesnt provide a very good stretch and the way it sits in the front and not the back is rather bizarre. I can get the same result by tilting my head back and forth looking up and down. For what it is intended for, I can tell you with several sessions, it does work. It's a bit bulky around the neck if you've never experienced a neck brace. It gently shifts your chin up and down exercising your cervical. My favorite part is the heat. That actually feels really good. The only thing I truly can't get used to is the noise level, in my opinion.
