Order Cancellations/Change information

Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled or change information within 24 hours after purchase. After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer accepted if the order has been processed and sent out. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at hey@medicpure.com

Returns and Refunds

Change of Mind: If you receive your order and decide you don't want it anymore, we do not offer refunds. Customers are held responsible for their purchase decisions and customers waive any rights to charge-back their purchase with their credit card processor.

Refund Window: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of order delivery.. After 30 days, products are non-refundable, and customers waive any rights to charge-back their purchase with their credit card processor.

Shipping Protection and Shipping costs are not covered in our refund policy and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping (The shipping cost spent to deliver the product to the customer) will be deducted from your refund.

A restocking fee of $25 will be applied to all eligible refunds, and will be deducted from your total amount refunded. Once the product has been received, your full refund minus the restocking fee of $25 will be issued using the original payment method.

Incorrect Address Provided

Replacement: If the customer wants to receive the product, the customer will receive an invoice with an additional shipping fee.

Refund: If the customer wants a refund, the cost of the $25 restocking fee will be deducted from the order refund.

If the customer refused to receive the product and the product arrived back at our warehouse, the cost of the $25 restocking fee will be deducted from the order refund.

Return Conditions

Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Used or damaged items will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds will not be accepted if the reason is a "missing item" that is not listed as included in the purchase. All the items that come in every purchase are properly listed in the description.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This process can take up to 7 business days after the product arrives back.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. A transaction will appear on your original payment method within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

Damaged Products

Replacement Policy: If you receive a damaged product, we will offer a replacement within 7 days after the delivery date. Please provide a brief description and a video or picture of the damaged product. We will issue a replacement immediately for eligible orders. Terms and conditions apply.

Lost or Stolen Orders

With Shipping Protection: If you purchased Shipping Protection, we will immediately issue a replacement for products lost in transit or stolen.

Without Shipping Protection: If you did not purchase Shipping Protection and your order was lost or stolen, we recommend reaching out to your local carrier to report the issue. We cannot guarantee a full refund or replacement for lost or stolen items without Shipping Protection and customers waive any rights to charge-back their purchase with their credit card processor.
